  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bunch Fresh radishes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 sprigs Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds

Method
 

  1. In a pot, combine the water, white vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.

  4. In a clean jar, layer the radishes, garlic, red pepper flakes, dill, and mustard seeds.
  5. Pour the cooled pickling liquid over the layered ingredients, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  6. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before consuming.
