Ingredients
  

Noodles
  • 8 oz spaghetti or Asian noodles Cooked according to package instructions
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce Low sodium preferred
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp ginger Grated
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds Toasted, for garnish
  • 2 scallions sliced For garnish

Method
 

Prepare the noodles
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Make the sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
Combine
  1. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
Serve
  1. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions before serving.
