Vegetables
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced into half-moons
  • 2 medium yellow squash sliced into half-moons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced zucchini and yellow squash to the skillet.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
