  • tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tbsp oil (for coating)
  • ½ cup Korean Gochujang Sauce (for tossing)
  • ½ tsp cilantro or green onions (for garnish)
  • 1 wedge lime (for serving)
  • tsp black or white sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp water (to thin the sauce)

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer.
  2. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with rice flour, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Drizzle oil over the cauliflower and mix well.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8 minutes or until crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. In another bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower with Korean Gochujang Sauce, maple syrup, and water. Toss to coat.
  7. Serve garnished with cilantro or green onions, lime wedge, and sesame seeds.
