Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can pineapple chunks (in juice, drained)
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 cup bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (for thickening)
  • 2 tablespoons water (for cornstarch slurry)

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the pineapple chunks, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, bell pepper, and onion to the crockpot.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
  6. Stir the slurry into the crockpot for thickening during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
