Ingredients
  

Olives
  • 1 cup green olives pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup black olives pitted and sliced
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Slice the green and black olives, halve the cherry tomatoes, finely chop the red onion, and dice the bell pepper.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Combine the Salad
