Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 ears corn on the cob husked
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the husked corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Assemble the Dish
  1. Remove the corn from the grill and brush each ear generously with the sauce.
  2. Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese, chopped cilantro, and lime zest over the corn before serving.
