Milk Mixture
  • 2 cups milk can substitute with oat or almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons honey can substitute with maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender
Serving
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 4 sprigs fresh lavender for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk the matcha powder with a small amount of hot water until smooth.

  4. Add the whisked matcha to the glass and stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs before serving.
