Ingredients
  

Vinaigrette
  • 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp honey optional for sweetness
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Creamy Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk or yogurt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill or fresh
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Vinaigrette Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until emulsified.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Creamy Dressing Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
