  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • toothpicks or kitchen twine for securing rolls

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place a chicken breast on a flat surface, spoon some of the ricotta mixture onto the center, and roll the chicken tightly. Secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken rolls on all sides until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the seared chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then remove toothpicks or twine before serving.
