  • 3 medium carrots peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves loosely packed and coarsely chopped
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard or coarse ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar or honey optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and chop it into smaller pieces.
