Baking Process
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries gently.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the additional white chocolate chips on top of the dough before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
