- In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add butter, honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until thickened.
- Add the cooked salmon to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
