  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well blended.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more sugar or vinegar to achieve desired flavor.
Serve

  2. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
