Ingredients
  

Chocolate Peanut Butter Layer
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter natural or processed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
  • 1/4 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Topping
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips melted
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil for smoothness
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings optional

Method
 

Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture into serving cups, filling them halfway.
Make the Chocolate Topping
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer in each cup, spreading it evenly.
Garnish and Chill
  1. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and chocolate shavings on top if desired.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the layers to set.
