  • 1 lb Ground beef

  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 cup Chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup Corn
Sauce and Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the Rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in corn, salsa, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and taco seasoning; mix until well combined and heated through.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, stirring until the pasta is fully coated with the sauce.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, topped with additional shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
