Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk whole or buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries or frozen

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Bake the Biscuits
  1. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
