  • 1.5 cups ice cold water
  • 1 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 0.5 cups biscoff cookie butter melted
Layers
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 32 cookies biscoff cookies
  • 5 large bananas sliced

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and ice cold water. Whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth.

  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully incorporated.
Layering
  1. In a serving dish, layer some of the biscoff cookies, followed by a layer of the banana slices, and then a layer of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the pudding on top.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
